I was able to “pre-purchase” the baby plaques 10 at a time and then use them when the need arose. I could personalize the plaques when the babies were born. I always had some “in stock”. In addition, there have been two times where the information was not correct (probably user error). Once I contacted Jaime, she was able to send the correct information “plates” directly to the recipients with information on how to remove the incorrect plate and affix the correct plate.
